The TechCut 5 is a versatile, programmable precision sectioning saw that is designed to cut a wide variety and size of materials.  A stepper motor controls sample feed-rate, distance, and force, and automatically adjusts the feed-rate as the cutting condition changes due to varying thickness and/or materials differences in the sample.

The saw can be configured as a dicing saw for sectioning of wafers or substrates, or can be configured for sectioning a variety of samples.
