The West Bond Model 74677E Wire Bonder is a  three way wire bonder.  A simple conversion of the bond tool head allows for ball bonding, deep wedge bonding, or 45 degree wedge bonding.  The machine bonds gold or aluminum wires ranging from 0.007 to 0.002 inches diameter.  The tool components are designed to handle a  wide variety of package sizes and shapes.
