The YES Vacuum Bake Oven provides a high integrity vacuum chamber with N2 ambient and purge capability.  Standard N2 bake pressures range from 50 torr to 400 torr.  Maximum temperature is 400C.  An on board temp controller allows up to 3 different ramp/hold steps per recipe.
