Schedule for EBL1 E-Beam Lithography System Elionix ELS-7500 EX E-Beam Lithography System
EBL Reservation Rules:
- Users can only have 2 future reservations on the calendar at any given time, any more than that will be deleted. Once you have completed one of your reserved times, you can then sign up for an additional reservation.
- From Monday-Friday, reservations can only be made for the following preset time slots:
8:30am to 12noon
12noon to 3pm
3pm to 7pm
7pm to 8:30am (Overnight : reserve from 7pm to 8pm & 8am to 8:30am. This counts as 1 reservation)
-On weekends there are no restrictions as to the block of time that can be reserved in a given day. However, each day counts as a seperate reservation toward the 2 reservation limit.
