SMIF consists of an Instrumentation Laboratory for the characterization
and analysis of materials, and a Fabrication Laboratory for
the fabrication of devices and micro/nano-structures.
The Instrumentation
Laboratory is primarily located in Room A06 of
the Levine Sciences Research Center (LSRC). Please see the description
of the equipment and capabilities in the Instrumentation Lab.
The SEM Laboratory
with e-beam lithography capability is located separately in
Room 0054 of the Physics Building. Please see the description
of the equipment and capabilities in the SEM Lab.
The Fabrication
Laboratory is located in Room 105 of Hudson Hall.
